Meet Preksha

I'm Preksha Agnihotri, a psychotherapist working with children, adolescents, adults and families — helping them navigate the emotional landscapes of life.

Whether you're a parent wanting a deeper connection with your child, a teen feeling misunderstood, or an adult carrying unresolved experiences, therapy with me offers a space to pause and work on what truly matters. Together we identify patterns, make sense of your experiences, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.

A thoughtful blend of Applied Behaviour Analysis and play therapy, tailored to each child's unique needs. This builds communication, social and daily-living skills, while play gives children space to express emotions, process experiences and develop coping skills safely.

Teens

Therapy for Teens

For teenagers feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood or stuck in emotional cycles they can't quite explain. Using talk therapy, creative expression and emotion-focused techniques, teens explore their inner world, understand their feelings and build healthier ways of coping.
